Yesterday I bought some items. I paid with TNG, and the payment went through, but on my Shopee app, it did not pay... Please advise.

Saya nak cancel order shopee food tapi tak boleh. Rider pick up nak datang rumah saya,saya dah bagitahu rider.

Saya nak cancel. Dia kata boleh. Dia paksa saya bayar juga harga makanan tu.

Tapi saya nak cancel. Kenapa perlu bayar pada rider tu sedangkan saya nak cancel?

My package lost both of them and no way to contact salver

You must check with your warehouse staff; it is not my problem. I have proof to show your delivery guy came and picked it up.

resolving my problem woud be first thing.

i still can not log on Shopee.i guess Shopee do not want costumers anymore. i can not sign in want to change not possible have to verify my password is not possible cause have to verify myself via gmail which i do no use for Shopee and has actually a different name.All my emails from Shopee comes in via yahoo but verifying seems to have to be done via gmail.

Just delete my account from both gmail as well as yahoo as well as a client

I have been the victim of a fraudulent transaction made on my credit card on 02/02/2026 through your business. I am in *** and have no idea what the transaction relates to. I would like you to please advise the details of the transaction if I provide you with the relative details.

我收到一条来自 SPX Express 的短信，通知我有一件 COD 包裹 [*******] 正在派送中，并要求我准备 RM100 现金或通过 DuitNow 支付

但问题是：这个包裹并非我所购买的商品，也完全不是我名下的订单 我的账户内并无此包裹对应的购买记录，收货人也并非我本人

我的投诉与质疑如下：

1. 为什么非本人的包裹账单会通过我的联系方式通知并要求我付款？ 这让我严重怀疑我的个人信息（如手机号码）是否已被泄露或被他人冒用

此事件已经对我的日常使用体验造成困扰，更让我对 Shopee 平台的个人信息保护能力产生严重质疑贵平台是否真的能做到 100% 保护客户隐私，防止信息泄露及诈骗行为？

3. 请立即核查该包裹的绑定账户信息，并停止向我的号码发送任何与此无关的付款要求我不会为不属于我的包裹支付任何费用

请尽快给予明确答复并解决此问题如该行为属诈骗或信息冒用，也请平台采取相应措施保障用户权益

My shopee i have unintention push the button, suddenly lock my account how to open back my accout, I want to use my shopee pay but cannot used it, i didn't pay shopee vip,i don't know why will pay shopee vip RM6.99.Please help me open it quickly.

My parcel was ordered on 13th May 2026 and arrived in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] on 16th May. The 1st estimated delivery dates were from 22nd May to 24th May 2026.

But until now, the order is still being held by SPX [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. It was even updated that my orders will be on 24th-25th May since they were not delivered based on the times yesterday. Today again, I did not receive any delivery update from Shopee and the courier driver. Waiting has been consuming my time and keeping my work pending.

Please take any good action to accelerate my order delivery. Thanks.

I already called to cancel the food order on Monday, 8.6.26. You can check the customer service message we had.

If this was the reason behind this ban. I've been your customer since forever and didn't do any mistakes before.

Masih tak dapat loqin shopee di HP baru saya.tarikh pembayaran akhir spaylater saya pada 10 hb april.tension saya dibuatnya.nak beli barang pun tak bolih.please tolong selesaikan masaalah ini.
